Bible Month

For the past few years The Methodist Church has had a ‘Bible Month’, where one book of the Bible is used as the basis for teaching materials. Old and New Testament books alternate. The team I work with in Yorkshire asks me to record the keynote, and sometimes the workshops. Now THAT’s fun, doing the workshops. I get volunteers to take the notes for me, and I draw from them. Usually the workshops are repeated, so I have time to get all the first tranche of workshops drawn up as the second lot takes place. Then all I have to do is to add the missing bits into what I’ve already done. But it’s really hard work, and my brain is usually fried at the end of the day. But delegates love it, as they can see the notes from the workshops they were unable to attend. Lots of photography usually ensues. I love it.
